Professional Development

The Association for Child Development (ACD) offers valuable, convenient professional development opportunities for child care providers who participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. We periodically host live, interactive webinars, which allow participants to discuss relevant topics pertaining to child care, ask questions, and earn continuing education credit. Keep an eye out for upcoming webinars as they are announced on our calendar. Our providers may also earn training credit for reading our monthly health and nutrition newsletter, Potpourri, and successfully completing the corresponding quizzes.

In addition, we encourage our providers to explore the following online courses offered by other organizations.
